TGA GENERAL OVERVIEW

TGA-1000, TGA-2000 and TGA-3000 Series

Navas Instruments Thermogravimetric analyzers allow the analysis of several samples simultaneously in the time it takes to analyze one (1) sample.

TGA-2000A and TGA-3000A (TGA for coal and coke)

The automatic crucible cover placement and removal system (patented) during the analysis of volatiles makes the instrument fully automatic and eliminates the risk of sample oxidation. It provides better repeatability of the volatile matter results.

TGA-1000 (TGA for food, animal feed, flour, wheat, dough, snacks, iron-ore, cement, bauxite, biomass, biochar, oils, etc.)

This TGA model can be upgraded to model TGA-3000 (Model with additional external balance with increased output, patented)

The TGA with Productivity Center Software (networking optional) in which the initial weights of crucibles and samples are obtained out of the furnace using an additional external balance while the furnace is analyzing and crucibles are placed in plastic tray ready for analysis.

With the Productivity Center Software no time is wasted in getting the initial weights, therefore, no furnace time is wasted.

In TGA without external balance it takes twenty (20) minutes TO GET INITIAL WEIGHTS of crucibles and samples inside the furnace, in our TGA it takes one (1) minutes TO MOVE CRUCIBLES AND SAMPLES FROM PLASTIC TRAY INTO THE FURNACE.
No need to cool to room temperature, only to 60ºC, therefore, save time in two directions (cooling and heating), saving 20 - 30 minutes.

The TGA-3000 series uses only one (1) PC to control both the furnace operation and external balance at the same time.
